A full-stack developer at Fynydd is responsible for devising technical strategy and the overall implementation of a solution. Some examples of your responsibilities include:
Architect and build great web apps on-time and within budget
Explore new technologies and advocate for their adoption
Work with our development team and project managers during normal business hours
Work from home, but occasionally travel to client or company meetings
Represent Fynydd with our clients and vendors on calls and in meetings
Assist with project scoping and estimates
Manage client developers on a team project

In order to be a full-stack developer at Fynydd, you must have:
5+ years of professional software development experience
The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Proficiency in building responsive web user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Proficiency in deploying, hosting, optimizing, and securing cloud web applications, APIs, and services
The ability and desire to learn and support new technologies; attitude and aptitude mean more to us than specific technical skills
Residence in the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area
Since we commonly use some technology stacks, you'll get bonus points for any of the following skills and experience:
Proficiency or certifications for Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, Blazor, and SQL Server
Experience building with Umbraco CMS
Proficiency with building mobile apps .NET Maui, or platform native dev tools
Proficiency with AI tools and development platforms (e.g. MCP, Cloud APIs, etc.)
Proficiency with JavaScript dev stacks like React, Angular, etc.
Proficiency or certifications for Amazon Web Services, Azure, etc.
